Winter Sound Bath with Sarra Mohn: Cultivating Intuition
Sarra invites you to join her for a deeply grounding winter sound bath experience centered on reconnecting with your intuition. Winter is a season that naturally draws us inward, offering space to slow down, listen more closely, and tune into the subtle guidance that often gets drowned out by daily noise.

In this intimate class, we will explore intuition as an embodied experience, not something to figure out, but something to feel. Guided by the framework of The Three Levels of Intuition by Caroline Myss, this sound bath supports awareness of how intuition speaks through the body, emotions, and inner knowing. Through gentle reflection, calming breathwork, and immersive sound frequencies, Sarra will guide you into a state of deep rest where intuition can surface without force or effort.

Rather than seeking answers, this practice invites you to notice signals, sensations, emotions, insights, that arise when the nervous system settles and the mind quiets. Together, we create space to build trust in your inner guidance, strengthen awareness, and reconnect with the wisdom that is already present within you. This session honors winter as a time of restoration, reflection, and intuitive clarity. Let’s utilize these darker months to build another level of self awareness we can use as tools when the days are brighter and longer.
Book Pairing
This class series is thoughtfully paired with The Three Levels of Intuition by Caroline Myss. Themes from the book will gently inform each session, offering insight into how intuition communicates through physical sensations, emotional patterns, and awareness. Familiarity with the book is not required, these teachings are woven into the experience in an accessible, grounded way.
What to Bring
A comfortable mat or blanket to lie on, a pillow for head support, and a cozy layer (such as a blanket or shawl) to stay warm. Wear comfy clothes (many wear PJ’s) You’re welcome to bring a journal if you’d like to reflect after the experience.
The studio has all of these items available to borrow, so feel free to come as you are and allow us to provide.

What Is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative, resting experience using soothing sounds from instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to promote relaxation, calm the nervous system, and deepen awareness. The vibrations help quiet mental chatter, support emotional regulation, and create space for intuitive insight.
**There is no yoga in this class. It is a fully resting experience.
