Each class is taught with mindfulness toward every student. Our instructors are intuitive, knowledgeable, welcoming, and one of a kind. Modifications are encouraged and accessible, as well as various props (blocks, bolsters, blankets) to better enhance your practice.
Ebb + Flow
This nurturing style creates a rhythm of ebb and flow currents that help promote flexibility, balance, and joint mobility while honoring deep rest. Experience grounding yet peaceful sensations as we flow gently with ease, bringing greater awareness to our senses to help us stay present.
Expect to move slowly and mindfully through sequences with deep stretches, often linking breath to movement. This style will help enhance rage of motion, peace of mind, and will restore the muscles.
During this class, you will implement breath-work, settle into hip openers, and surrender to release. This is the perfect class to help you feel more relaxed, rejuvenated, and refreshed, all while creating healthy joint mobility. This class is appropriate for all levels and the most gentle classes we offer for most.

Class always begins with 10 minutes of insightful meditation where you will be gently guided into nourishing stretches to help awaken the body. Continue warming up with traditional Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar A) and flow through a series of standing poses that will help enhance blood flow, flexibility, an strength. Sun Salutations also help to energize the body, alleviate depressive tendencies, and quiet the mind. Ashtanga
Join us as we are guided through a modified primary series with the traditional Sanskrit count and chanting. This is a challenging vinyasa practice where each pose is held for five breaths. No prior Ashtanga experience necessary.

Learn safe, effective ways to approach backbends, shoulder-stand and headstand, or students will have the option to choose restorative poses instead if they do not wish to invert.
Primal Vinyasa
An energetic class that enhances primal movement through instinct. Appropriate for all levels, this class will include traditional yoga poses along with animal-like movements that bring us back to your roots. The next time you're around a baby who is exploring new movement, pay attention to the way they get around. As adults, we forget basic primal movements that we learned innately, this playful energy can inspire use to move our bodies in a way that makes sense. Primal Flow provides the curiosity and exploration for us to move freely without a regimented structure. We can explore our body's range of motion through joint mobility while gaining strength, flexibility, and overall physical improvement.
During class, we will continue to work on movements inspired by yoga, martial arts, and animal-like sequences to better understand how our bodies can move in and out of poses. This allows us to get creative on our mats while also trusting our bodies to guide us safely.
This class is perfect for those learning to explore more of a power practice as well as those looking to advance their understanding of their anatomy. We encourage you to show up as you are with an open mind to explore your body! This class is a power-based but not a constant repetition of vinyasa (one breath-one movement).

Sun Flow
A meditative and healing vinyasa flow that will help you trust your inner light with a strong focus on Sun Salutations, breath-work, classical yoga, and chakra balancing. Through breath-synchronized movement, poses are linked with inhales and exhales, followed by a long cool-down of restorative poses and yin to take you deeper into meditation. This class rejuvenates the body, relaxes the mind, and heals the soul.
Vinyasa
In this energetic class, movement is synchronized with the breath. This dynamic style of yoga involves linking poses to inhales and exhales, creating a continuous flow of movement. You will release tension through core work, flowing vinyasa sequences, and standing postures.
This invigorating class is suitable for all practicing yogis who are familiar with their bodies and interested in building heat through breath-synchronized movement. Pairing breath with movement also helps clear out blocked energy; internal energies can get blocked from any wound, whether it’s physical or emotional. Linking the breath with a movement helps release these blockages, inviting recovery and vitality to the body and mind.

Vinyasa yoga sequences can help improve cardiovascular health, physical and mental strength, overall flexibility and mental clarity. Modifications are offered to accommodate different levels of practitioners.
Guided Meditation
Curious about meditation, how to sit with specific alignment, and how to eliminate the intimidation of stillness? Perhaps you already have a strong meditation practice and want to further explore the process. This class is ideal for both curious and committed students!
*This is a 45 min. guided meditation*
Students will learn why posture matters and how to create a position that enables meditative states of being. Through this guided class, students will learn to understand the mind’s reaction to physical stillness and the benefit of accepting discomfort.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a gentle unwinding class that holds passive poses anywhere from 2-7 minutes at a time. This slow-moving introspective practice helps us deeply connect with our bodies while releasing pain, improving flexibility and joint mobility, reducing stress and increasing circulation. Using minimal muscles, this allows the connective tissues of the body (tendons, ligaments and fascia) to expand in a length that is beneficial and therapeutic. This 60 minute quiet practice gives us time to cultivate stillness and sit with ourselves through all of our mind chatter while practicing to be observant rather than reactive.
