Class Descriptions

Each class is taught with mindfulness toward every student. Our instructors are intuitive, knowledgeable, welcoming, and one of a kind. Modifications are encouraged and accessible, as well as various props (blocks, bolsters, blankets) to better enhance your practice. 

Ebb + Flow

The most gentle class we offer,  Ebb + Flow  is appropriate for all levels and body types. This nurturing style creates a rhythm of ebb and flow currents that will help promote strength, balance, mobility, and relaxation. Experience grounding yet peaceful sensations with heightened awareness of the senses through conscious movements that progress into vital postures at a slower pace. During this class, you will renew your mind by implementing breath-work and unique transitions by flowing deeply and slowly. Expect to feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and refreshed.

Earth Flow

​A grounded and mindful flow of yin and yang that is appropriate for all levels. This class includes a strong focus on meditation and breath-work which will help enhance a deeper connection within. Expect to build heat through holding poses and release tension through deep stretches. Class always begins with 10 minutes of insightful meditation  where you will be gently guided into nourishing stretches to help awaken the body. Continue warming up with traditional Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar A) and flow through a series of standing poses that will help enhance blood flow, flexibility, an strength. Sun Salutations also help to energize the body, alleviate depressive tendencies, and quiet the mind. Your instructor will always make your safety a priority and will encourage you to modify as needed. This class is a great balance to our Fire Flows.

Morning Flow

This class seeks to explore movement and stability through intentional postures linked to the breath while offering space to settle into the body. Promoting peace in the mind, each class will begin with meditative intention setting, gentle pranayama and Sun Salutations. Expect the movement to shift into a slower sequence that gently transitions to grounding yin postures to set the tone for a deep, restful savasana. This is the ideal class to help awaken the body that'll serve you through the rest of your day!

Primal Flow

An energetic class that enhances primal movement through instinct. Appropriate for all levels, this class will include basic power yoga poses within 2-3 warming sequences that will eventually progress with modifications along the way. Expect to link movements from each flow as we breathe in and out of a vinyasa sequence toward the end, this will lead us into our peak pose. A peak pose can be an arm balance, balancing pose, or advanced yoga posture that we will build up to throughout class. The body will be prepared physically, but you are never expected to master or attempt the peak pose, there will be multiple modifications to choose from. This class is perfect for those learning to explore more of a power practice as well as those looking to advance their power practice. We encourage you to show up as you are with an open mind to explore your body! This class is a power-based but not constant repetition. If you understand basic power poses then you are a perfect candidate ! 

Sun Flow

A meditative and healing vinyasa flow that will help you trust your inner light with a strong focus on Sun Salutations, breath-work, classical yoga, and chakra balancing. Through breath-synchronized movement, poses are linked with inhales and exhales, followed by a long cool-down of restorative poses and yin to take you deeper into meditation. This class rejuvenates the body, relaxes the mind, and heals the soul.

Full Circle Flow

This class brings your week and practice full circle. With an equal mix of yin and yang movements, class begins with a proper warm-up that will guide the body into an energetic flow-state of power poses. Appropriate for all levels, expect to build heat through vinyasa sequences as you link breath with movement. Delight in the final half hour of class with a long cool-down of slow, deep stretches and grounding restorative poses. The unique aspect of this class is that it will incorporate the elements aligning with the weekly lunar calendar. This class is the perfect compliment to our monthly Full Moon Flows.
